RETRACING SEAFORTH HISTORY - ITALY: The food, wine and evening was over the top – you did a truly spectacular job.  In particular, we found the authenticity and quality of the Italian food amazing in every way possible –  this was culinary, regional food of the finest kind – each dish was remarkable, and when put together, and also paired with the excellent wine selection, it was a symphony exemplifying Italian cuisine.  Thank you again and congratulations on your continued journey as culinary masters!  Kudos !

Just a quick note of thanks for the wonderful event you coordinated for Brian's birthday bash! It went so well - the food was amazing and received rave reviews from all of our guests. The staff were fantastic - well-organized, efficient and friendly.  Chris was highly adaptable in the set-up, serving and bartending! All around it was a terrific time - and as someone who doesn't much like hosting, you made it so easy for me. So thank you again

Well… finally, The Party!   And it was fabulous! The food,  the servers, the atmosphere, everything was perfect.
There is quite a lot left over,  some of which I packed up and sent home with my kids; some of which I’ll freeze, and the rest I’ll eat. It seems, as I suspected,  80 +yr olds don’t eat very much nor do they drink very much….(all the more for me). It was a very special evening with my family and good friends and great fun. Twas a fabulous evening. Thank you for playing such an important part.

Your team was simply the best! I don’t think I can rave anymore more than this. The food was gobbled up with less than a handful of leftovers- quite certain people left happily satisfied. Received excellent feedback about the food and more importantly the staff. I have to apologize I am terrible with names so I can’t comment specifically but seriously our three ladies at the front end were completely on top of everything! Just when I needed help I’d turn around and there they were! Holy cow, a tightly run ship they were.

Dino brings a joyous energy to every special celebration in our lives. His menus are creative and delicious, his staff are fabulous and he loves fur babies. What more could we ask for?

I wanted to thank each and everyone of you involved in the event: it was flawless and spectacular in every respect (except for the stupid umbrella stand). The food was phenomenal and the guests really loved everything. Those sliders, ravioli and poke cones were a huge hit again. The suggested salmon box was also a top winner, and I sure will order it again. Dino’s friendliness, attentiveness and proficiency cooking for the masses was stellar as always. And I really, truly have to commend the staff: they were most professional, courteous, mindful of our attendee’s needs, and just top notch all around. In particular, I wanted to single out the incredible attention to detail that Lee gave: she was the head hostess and server at the event. She took most competent charge and took care of every detail from greeting incoming guests, to tucking away their gifts, & most importantly assisting those with mobility and dietary issues, both young and old. We had an elderly gentleman with a walker who she was very aware of & helpful to, and she also went above and beyond to ensure that the 1 year old toddler also was well fed & his anxious parents were put at ease. Please pass along my gratitude and praise to the team. Well done and I would love to work with you again in the future!

First of all, we would just like to say thank you to you and your team. Everything yesterday went off perfectly. Great food, excellent service, and an all-around great experience. I loved the demeanour, professionalism and friendliness of the cooking and serving teams. Not to mention, the food itself tasted amazing and was just as I had hoped it would be. We would definitely recommend Bon Vivant for any upcoming catering functions to people we know.

David and I would like to thank you for an outstanding,  successful, and delicious meal you  prepared and served to our guests this past Friday. The presentation  was a show piece ! The staff were amazing, polite,  well organized, very efficient and sensitive to the guests every need. Each dish received raving reviews. The salmon gaining the highest points, followed by the pavlova as a close second. A special thanks to the hard working staff here at our home. They were special, warm  & friendly. We had such a wonderful time last evening; everything about the meal and the service was beyond perfection.  Thank you so much. Chris and Leah were so helpful, friendly, resourceful, competent, cheerful and so much fun to have as helpers. It was a real treat to open my fridge before I went to bed last night and see an extra Crème Brulé waiting for me!!!!  Thank you for that too!

We had a lovely and very animated Seder - and the food was rated excellent by all. Thank you to Leah and Chris for the top quality of both the dinner and the service. They were very patient with our traditions and adapted graciously to their first Seder experience.

The event went very well. The service was on point and professional. Everything was set up per what we discussed punctually. Everyone from Bon Vivant was super helpful and not to mention the food was delicious. I particularly love the bar, it looked great and was exactly what I had in mind.

I have a ton of follow-up from the event today which was a resounding success. I'm going to save it all for Monday EXCEPT my email to you, to say that your staff are simply the best! What a joy to have around, to handle everything, and to take care of us and our folks. They are kind, gracious, helpful, and real. My kind of people. I'm buzzing from a lot of success, but they deserved the immediate kudos. Thank you!

I would like to thank you and your team for the exceptional food and service you provided on Saturday. The birthday girl was and is SO happy. We have had many thank you 's with special note of the food. Kip and I are truly grateful for the clean up and removal of all of the bottles etc. We basically had nothing to do Sunday morning in way of tidying up. We had a few no shows so we a had a big family dinner Sunday night with the leftovers. Thank you again.

Dino and his crew are always reliable and professional; with them at the helm, I can relax and enjoy the event as much as the guests! Dino is versatile and has successfully catered small intinate dinners at our home, corporate events for us at Skinworks, as well as an annual all-day event on an island accessible only by boat - which p[roves he is a really good sport as well!
