Espresso Martini

Hands down this has been the favourite cocktail at our events with full bars this year - summer or winter! Our recipe has a little twist that softens the bitterness of the espresso, especially if it’s been brewed many hours before.

Recipe:

2 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Coffee liquor (Kahlua)
0.5oz Crème de Cacao
1 oz Espresso

*Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled. This is where you get the foam.
*Strain into a cocktail glass.
*Garnish with 3 coffee beans
